This is the worst workmanship that I have seen. Paid to lay, sand and seal wooden floors and the job was done terribly. He always asks for more money to additional things not included. So disappointed. Don't be fooled by this guy.

Paid 50% upfront for floor repairs and sanding, but had to terminate agreement after only 1 day worth of work completed due to patchy repair job. Split the wood with nails and skew cuts of wood. Basic carpentry skills lacking. Never got any of my money back.
